What Happens Next
Three steps, no pressure at any of them.
Within one working day a real person — not an autoresponder — reads what you sent and replies. If your dates or interests suggest a different trip would serve you better, we will say so in that first reply.
Within two to three days you will have a costed itinerary: parks, camps, routing, what is included and what is not. If something in it does not suit, tell us and we will rework it. There is no charge for revisions and no limit on how many.
When you are happy, a thirty percent deposit confirms the trip and we hold the camps. Balance is due sixty days before travel. Nothing is committed until you say so.
We do not use pressure tactics or fake scarcity. If a camp genuinely has one room
left in your dates we will tell you, and if it does not, we will not pretend otherwise.

If You Are Unsure
The four things people apologise for before sending. None of them are a problem.
That is normal and it is fine. Give us your dates and roughly what appeals — animals, mountains, beach — and we will suggest two or three options that suit that month. Most people start exactly here.
Even better. Tell us the window and say the dates can move — flexibility is worth real money in Tanzania, and shifting a trip by two weeks can change both the price and what you see substantially.
Leave it blank. It only helps us avoid sending you something irrelevant — there is a large gap between a camping safari and a private luxury trip, and guessing wastes your time more than ours.
Yes. Quotes, itinerary drafts and revisions cost nothing. We only take money when you decide to book, and the first payment is a deposit rather than the full amount.
